| Cruise not only has a fully integrated General Ledger built into the application, but it is a fully functional accounting module. You can post Journal entries, which most systems will allow, the difference with Cruise is recurring entries. You can load and save journal entries that you need to perform each month. The sample shown above is a monthly depreciation entry. If you look at the bottom of the screen, you will notice that you can schedule an entry to reverse. This is extremely handy if you use accrual entries for prepaid expenses or payroll. | |
